• Contributed to a pilot-scale biotechnological production process for recombinant eGFP, covering the process chain from E. coli fermentation to downstream purification and product analysis. • Contributed the assigned downstream purification activities using anion exchange chromatography, including buffer preparation, column packing, equilibration, HETP testing, chromatographic operation, and matrix regeneration. • Operated a process chromatography skid and documented relevant process parameters.

• Supported standardized clinical and laboratory workflows in andrology, including sample transfer, patient documentation, and preparation of medical records. • Supported OP-TESE workflows by coordinating the controlled transfer of specimens between the operating room and the andrology laboratory and assisting with organizational procedures according to internal requirements.

• Investigated the functions and regulation of deubiquitinated enzyme USP8 in Cushing’s syndrome research • Evaluated of the stability and activity of USP8 in transfected cell lines by the influence of phosphatases and inhibitors • Executed of the qPCR method with isolated genomic DNAs from mouse tissue • Created and revised Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).

Thema: "Investigating the Role of Phosphorylated USP8 in Cancer and Neurological Disorders" • Investigated potential regulators of USP8 protein expression using siRNA-mediated knockdown in cell culture models. • Analyzed protein expression by Western blotting and compared responses across experimental conditions.

Project: "Optimization of NIR Spectroscopic Methods for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Analysis" • Designed and evaluated NIR spectroscopic experiments for the quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical active ingredients in different formulations. • Developed and evaluated calibration models using spectral preprocessing, PCA, PLS, and PCR with independent test datasets.
