In my Job as a Relationship Manager I advise the B2B market in making the right choices within the world of communication and telephony. From the choice in mobile provider to the implementation of complex VoIP solutions across multiple locations. In addition, I am responsible for generating new business. An important starting point here is; guiding, but above all unburdening customers and prospects in choosing the right communication solution.

In this job I was responsible for managing and developing customer relations within the Chemical Industrie and Logistic Serviceses. Together with my colleagues, I provided excellent service to our customers by ensuring the right match between candidates and relations. In addition, I was responsible for te correct performanc of their operational duties and I was also their coach.
