As a Scrum Master and Lead Agile Master, I support international teams in strengthening collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. I facilitate release planning, strategy workshops, audits, and retrospectives, helping teams grow into self-organized, high-performing units. Today, my focus is on AI-driven product development, shaping new processes, roles, and collaboration models in an environment where AI agents increasingly contribute to software creation.

Scrum Master responsible for the backend development team of an Software Product. Primary responsibilities, coach the scrum methodologies across a development scrum team within an Agile environment. Development teams consisted of members collocated across tree different countries and comprised of several different technologies such as C++, VB6, C# and VBScript.

As a Software Engineer, I was responsible for the development and evolution of two portfolio elements within Siemens COMOS. Working with C#, VB6, and VBScript, I covered the full lifecycle from requirements and implementation to testing and maintenance, applying TDD and test automation to ensure quality. I also mentored students, apprentices, and early-career professionals, combining technical expertise, ownership, and coaching experience.
