Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of new client portfolios. For this, it is necessary to look for new clients, make contacts and visits. During the visits, needs are revealed and the different situations of the clients are analyzed. Negotiations with customers and suppliers must be done to find the best solution. Outstanding activities: a study of energy efficiency in the steam and condensate network. Modifications in the steam and condensate lines, boiler and condensate tank were planed. An economic analysis of the proposal was made to assess its feasibility. I also collaborated in the technical development of a new product (new pneumatic size). The venture consisted of the bulk purchase of plastic bags, fractionation, and resale to small and medium businesses. During the venture, a portfolio of customers had to be developed from scratch and work for its expansion and maintenance. The vast majority of contacts were made in person and on some occasions, a special price was negotiated with certain clients. Entrepreneurship was abandoned due to personal motivation to engage in the industrial area.

Summary of activities: As a laboratory worker, physicochemical tests of different foods sampled directly from the market were performed. Titrations, plate chromatography, and determination of fat in milk, among others test was part of the work routine. It was also corroborated and calibrated glassware instruments and balances. The assurance of order and working conditions in the laboratory were part of the responsibilities.

The final project consisted of sizing a jam-producing industry. Some highlights are: quality management, HCCP, economic and financial study, process control system, regulatory framework, production planning, equipment sizing, plumbing and electrical network, heat and mass transfer among others.
