Established a new operating platform that enabled years of high growth, improved customer satisfaction, and increased profitability. Led an active M&A agenda with successful integration of multiple acquisitions.

Co-founded and developed professional services company delivering management consulting and resourcing solutions across Scandinavia. Collaborated with clients in manufacturing, supply chain, digital strategy, M&A, and business transformations. - Co-founded and grew company as Senior Partner and leader of the management consulting practice to 80 MSEK revenue. - Served as trusted advisor to CEO/COO clients in automotive, industrial manufacturing, high-tech and medical devices.

Led all aspects of manufacturing, including assembly, testing, painting and delivery for all trucks and buses across Scania's main markets. Designed and developed the Swedish gearbox production site comprised of +250 employees; recognized as best performing site within the Scania production network.

The main responsibility as CCO was to scale Klarna from a start-up company into a high-performing, international organization. Member of the executive management team.
