Regional manager of local IT delivery centers in Europe. The European organization is built of local teams in 9 countries responsible for a wide range of business processes and technology platforms. The group is responsible for applications in several areas: Engineering system including PLM, CAD, finite element analysis. Financial systems including Baan, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle financials. Web based business process tools based on Oracle APEX.

Job responsibilities include the management and oversight of all European Local IT service centers responsible for providing local IT application development to meet local business needs, and for ongoing operational support of local business applications. Organization of over 50 employees spread across France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, and UK. Managed the new global organization through organizational transformation using international projects as a way to transform the culture.

Management of an international team to provide IT solutions to achieve the goals and objectives of the company’s global Siebel CRM program. The CRM program was a key element to a global business transformation project to consolidate global IT Tools. The CRM Application was rolled out to over 60 countries world wide. Other key accomplishments including building nearshore support center and high performing project team. Both teams were used as examples of 'Best Practice' within the organization.
