You can only manage what you can measure – Cloud is impacting everything that we do. Service users are different to product users and this means they need to be addressed differently. Today, data drives everything, from personal fitness to the strategic decisions that a company has to conduct. My vision is that we need to develop a culture and a framework which helps the company to draw the maximum benefit out of data that we collect by running software.

As a product owner, my task is to guide a vision of software usage. To represent the need of the customers and to find the best way how to solve them. Help the company to improve their knowledge about the actual usage of software from a customers point of view so that the people are able to make better decisions for product improvements. Software usage analytics takes care of the implementation of software usage tracking infrastructures into software products as well as building sophisticated reporting.

Support and guide the development of a system for improving the product strategy and planning of SAPs products. -> Understand how customers use the products (Usage Analysis)
