• Worked in the departmental areas of Acquisition and Implementation in one of the leading Hospital Laboratory Management companies in Germany • Evaluating, improving and budgeting of hospital laboratory arrangements, including assessing and budgeting equipment and human resource utilisation • Negotiated and constructed management contracts and price agreements for hospitals and diagnostic suppliers

• In the hospital’s Casemix and Clinical Benchmarking Service department • Benchmarking and adhoc reporting using a variety of hospital databases including Power Performance Manager, Emergency System (EDIS) and the Patient Admission Systems (HBCIS and PiMs)
