After completing my contract with Bourne Leisure I was head hunted to Tenerife by the Denny Group, where I was instrumental in turning around the Operations Department of Excel Hotels & Resorts. Responsible for all retail outlets, including food & beverage, supermarkets, beauty & fitness and excursions, I brought the business in to a profitable position within six months achieving the highest bottom line profit for a period of five previous years.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director and Resort Director, Current and Future Business Planning of a Multi-site, High Volume, Food & Beverage operation. Completely hands-on, with Business Accounts, Man-Management, Operational Marketing, Business Marketing, Stock Control, Food service, Developing and maintaining the Corporate standards, and Business Building.

Reporting to the Vice President of International Development. Design and build of new franchised restaurants within the United States and Europe. Future business building and development of franchise holders. Review development areas, financial forecasts and timeline schedules. Support and training of CRWW culture and ‘Fridays’ business initiatives. Local marketing support and franchise and team building.

Future Business Planning of a high volume branded Restaurant, Bar and Nightclub. Completely hands-on, with Business Accounts, Man-Management, Operational Marketing, Business Marketing, Stock Control, Food preparation and service, Developing and maintaining the Corporate Web –page, and Business Building. The introduction and maintenance of standards and training and development of a Singaporean management team. Responsible for the conduct and training of 100+ staff
