As IQP champion I'm ensuring continuous quality and productivity improvements for meeting and/or exceeding the production and quality standards. This aims to foster a culture of operational excellence (internally referred to as IQP: innovation, quality and productivity).

Running international projects within the Sandoz Global QA Process Technology department for implementation of PAT (Process Analytical Technology) and multivariate process data analysis. Toolset: Umetrics - SIMCA P+, SBOL, Modde; OSIsoft - PI Historian; MS - Sharepoint, VisualBasic / C#, R, ...

Implementation and operation of firewall and intrusion detection systems; IT security audits; Network management; IT security policy management;

Lead of the engineering it- department (Budget, Project management); Application development; IT Security for process control systems and networks; User training; Computer system validation;

Development of reporting systems based on the plant information database (OSIsoft PI); Validation of computer systems and applications according to GMP, GAMP, ICH;

Analytics like HPLC, IC, CSB, TOC; Operation of analytical online instruments (NO3, NO2, NH4, SO4, PO4,...); Design and execution of experiments in the wastewater pilot plant;
