Globally accountable for the strategic design, implementation, and digital transformation of Beiersdorf’s people processes across Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & Qualification, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility, and Vocational Training.

Responsible for the strategic design, establishment, and leadership of all Regional R&D Units worldwide. Accountable for regional formula and packaging development as well as innovation management initiatives across Europe, Asia, and the Americas – supporting brands with a combined net sales volume of ~€1 billion.

Accountable for Beiersdorf’s regional product development and innovation management across Europe, Asia, and the Americas – supporting brands with more than €500 million in net sales. Additionally responsible for Beiersdorf’s R&D operations in China and for global fragrance strategy and management.

Led the post-merger integration of a newly acquired R&D unit in China – aligning people, products, and processes with Beiersdorf’s global standards while maintaining local innovation strength.
