Responsible for supporting customers both in store and over the phone. Helping customers with purchased and tracking orders (e.g. changing items, cancellations, shipping, etc.). Managing returns (handling returns, warranty claims and credit notes).

Coordination of trainings provided to employees throughout the year for the Americas, Europe and Asia. Planning and organization of the annual training calendar at a global scale. Direct contact with suppliers and internal customers. Compilation and evaluation of management metrics and assessment of results. Evaluation and monitoring of training courses. Data compilation with SAP Management.

Monthly and bi-weekly payroll administration. Control of absenteeism, leave and vacation. Negotiation with different Unions. Constant contact with employees, clients, contractors and vendors.

Recruiting and staffing logistics, screening of candidates and involvement in interviews. Personnel management including paycheck distribution, control of absenteeism, leave and vacation. HR KPIs and Data management.
