Executing responsibilities of supervising, monitoring, and managing controlling team to enable strategic foresight into the business and also provide knowledgeable and accurate information to finance colleagues and management board. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all aspects of financial control in the business, providing financial, risk and strategic support to the business, execution and control of the annual budget, annual audited financial statements.

Key responsibilities include: risk assessment, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business; calculating risk provisions, which involves impairments for financial and non-financial assets, establishing and quantifying the organisation's 'risk appetite', risk reporting to other departments and to the board of directors, conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors.

• Management of credit and operational risk on operational level • Preparation reports on credit risk for Management Board, Credit Committee and Group • Management of the process of default identification and provision calculation, defining parameters EAD, EL, LGD and PD • Involved in definition of credit risk strategy and risk budgeting process

• Provide financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork in an effort to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures • Assist with financial statement, workpaper, and/or other report preparation • Assists with the implementation, execution, and monitoring of an effective quality assurance and improvement program • Work closely with clients and staff to develop client and project risk assessments, implementations and recommendations
