- relationship management of a portfolio of middle and large corporate clients with limited ability to repay debt towards the bank (mainly manufacturing, construction, real-estate, services and agriculture industries) - complete financial analysis of the company, cash flow projections and feasibility studies, - loan restructuring, negotiation with the client, co-financing banks, potential investors, etc. (responsible for numerous syndicates), - collateral assessment and rating of the company.

- credit risk assessment of corporate clients encompassing comprehensive financial analysis, cash-flow modelling, stress testing, collateral assessment and rating assignment, - corporate loans underwriting, negotiations on tailor-made credit limits, - market analysis, preparation of sector reports, - coaching.

- execution of marketing strategy and sales campaigns (project “15 days with Activia”, development and organisation of BTL and ATL activities), - full responsibility for “15 days with Activia” website, co-operation with the web agency due to wide restructuring of the website, - monthly preparation and presentation of detailed presentation on Activia performance for the sales dept.

- analysis and review of accuracy of client’s financial statements, interview clients in order to understand their business and internal processes,- identification and assessment of risks inherent to the client’s business and their potential influence on the financial statements,- assessment of client’s internal controls,- worked in a different place and in a different team on a weekly basis throughout the whole of Slovakia and Prague,- worked mainly with MS Excel, Word and company’s internal software.
