Overseeing projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting, and revenue and expenses. Assisting departments in creating and managing forecasts and budgets for various projects. Provide financial and commercial management for projects, including invoicing, currency risks, tax issues, accounting, and reporting. Present project plans & status updates for consensus & decision making. Prepare project reporting and administration as required. Establishing appropriate internal controls and project governance.

Developing Organisation financial policy, Managing Organisation financial system Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions) Prepare monthly and quarterly management and financial reporting. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements Cash flow projection and budget forecast for the company needs

Perform month-end control checks and reconciliations, including bank reconciliations. Maintain the intercompany ledgers, liaising with our client and the country offices as appropriate. Review and hard post journals prepared by other members of the Finance Team. Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure monthly payroll is completed on time. Lead on the monthly income reconciliations undertaken in conjunction with the Fundraising Team. Ensure financial controls and procedures are adhered to
