Leading Hapag-Lloyd‘s sales team (170 team members) across eleven offices in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary & Slovakia.

Responsible for Hapag-Lloyd’s Munich branch consisting a sales and customer service team with 20 team members.

Lead the import sales team in Hamburg. Supervision of the import trade figures for all import businesses negotiated with customers (freight forwarders and beneficial cargo owners) that fall under the Hamburg sales hierarchy. Attended customer sales visits together with respective account owners. Exchanged market information with the trade managements as Hapag-Lloyd's import sales point of entry for Area Germany.

Responsible for an account portfolio of 30 customers including customer visits, negotiation of freight rates, rate filing, sales forecasts, sales performance monitoring, new customer acquisition, opportunity identification, dispute handling and financial performance analysis.

Support of the sales execution of all Hapag-Lloyd sales offices in Canada (Montreal, Halifax, Toronto & Vancouver). Direct customer contact including negotiation of freight rates and follow up activities. Person in charge of Hapag-Lloyd Canada for all sales related interactions with the Global Service Center team in India. Leader of a telemarketing project focussing on generating new beneficial cargo owner business.

Chartering of worldwide sailing container vessels and multi-purpose vessels, mainly operating in the Baltic Sea.
