-Manages communication with the customers. -Monitors customers' shipments and informs customers about the process. -Directly focuses on customer needs and proactively works for customer satisfaction. -Handles all possible problems and guides for solution. -Cooperate with related departments when needed. -Corresponds with world-wide offices to track shipments. -Assures all documents are as required.

-OBL issuance and acceptance -Billing Demurrage and detention -Container releases: Print delivery orders as well as make amendments, update it in the custom system immediately -Check & verify that documents presented at counter are correct and as per agents manual, thereby ensuring quick and smooth delivery of documents to customers -Payment postings: Work on cash outstanding on daily basis to reconcile accounts and identify missed collection cases -Proactive in responding to daily emails & Salesforce

-Interface between Customer Service - Terminal / Planner - Terminal / Ship - Terminal -Coordination of all matters before and during the port call, e.g. with authorities, water protection police, port medical service, terminal, ship suppliers, repair and service companies -Assumption of husbandry activities -Control of dangerous goods documents -Creation of manifests for reefer, DG and OOG - cargo -Control of the OOG load with regard to correct load securing -Handling and cost calculation for general cargo
