Responsible for the implementation of a new digital service concept → developing and testing a PoC → managing communication internally and to vendors This experience severely increased my sense of responsibility, as I was able to take over the project by myself for 14 days. I learned and implemented proper structure, planning, and communication in my working time. Lastly, I am looking forward to seeing this feature being rolled out for~30k employees soon.
