• Deutsche Telekom Nemo Site Modernization Project (Huawei Technologies Deutschland GmbH) • 1&1 Roll-out Project (Vantage Towers Co.)

In charge of managing and leading a team of over 50 staff as well as more than 30 subcontractors, suppliers in a turnkey site implementation project of more than 180 sites which delivered based on the agreed target. The major milestones of the project were Site Acquisition, Civil Work, TI installation, commissioning, integration, Drive test, optimization, and acceptance test (PAT/FAT).

Turnkey site Implementation project (MTN Irancell: Mobile operator) (2017~2021) In charge of managing and leading a team of over 50 staff as well as more than 30 subcontractors, suppliers in a turnkey site implementation project of more than 180 sites which delivered based on the agreed target. The major milestones of the project were Site Acquisition, Civil Work, TI installation, commissioning, integration, Drive test, optimization, and acceptance test (PAT/FAT).

Roll-Out site Implementation project (MTN Irancell: Mobile operator) (2012~2014) In charge of managing and leading a team of over 40 staff as well as more than 20 subcontractors, suppliers in a Roll-out site implementation project of more than 90 sites which was delivered on time. The major milestones of the project were Site Acquisition, Civil Work, TI installation, commissioning, integration, and acceptance test (PAT/FAT).

Wimax site Implementation project (Mobin Net: Wireless Broadband Network operator) (2011~2012) In charge of Supervisinthe construction of the site from a Quality and standard point of view for more than 150 sites.

Huawei BSS project (MTN Irancell: Mobile operator) (2008~2011) In charge of Supervising the site's construction process for more than 450 sites. The major milestones of the project was Site Acquisition, Civil Work, TI installation, and quality inspection for sites acceptance test (PAT/FAT).

Huawei BSS project (Huawei: Mobile Vendor) (2006~2008) In charge of Supervising the site's construction process for more than 110 sites. The major milestones of the project were Site Acquisition, Civil Work, and quality inspection for sites acceptance test (PAT/FAT).
