Bloomberg AIM order management system implementation: gap analysis and integration in the current IT architecture.

I had the opportunity to improve my project management skills working on retail trading and banking platforms improvement, in collaboration with the marketing / products development team and the IT department. The role required a continuous interaction with both the organization department and the legal and compliance department

Project manager in the IT department, with focus on the Front Office application for order management: at the beginning I worked on the extension of the core Front Office application to the Luxembourg branch. After that I spent one year in the application management team following both the Italian and the Luxembourg Front Office application; Since 2006 I worked in the IT project management team, coordinating the functional analysis activity, development and deployment in the production environment.

Junior project manager for the introduction of a new Front Office application for the order management: Strict collaboration with fund managers and Middle Office for the functional requirements, and with the application supplier for functional analysis validation, coordination of User Acceptance Test and of the deployment in the production environment.
