Designing hardware configuration for stations. Managing projects.

I was a leader of the maintenence group consisting of 2 electricians and 5 mechanics, occasionally I was a leader for 10-14 people. I was responsible for problem solving on assembly lines and reduction of the machines downtime. I led periodic inspections. I was resposnsible for contacting the companies working on the plant. Moreover, I was responsible for ordering replacement parts for machines.
