Developed and validated process simulations using AVEVA Process Simulation for Power-to-Methanol synthesis. Performed mass and energy balance calculations for systems including hydrogen production via electrolysis and CO₂ conversion. Supported process optimization (reactors, heat integration, separation). Analyzed data to improve efficiency. Prepared PFDs/P&IDs, supported scale-up, equipment sizing.

I worked as an employee while completing my master’s thesis, where I contributed to process design / simulation / experimental work. I was involved in optimization of process, which gave me hands-on industrial experience
