Mathias Greil

In the function of the Head of Production Finished Part I am leading a production area including lacquering, finishing, assembly and outgoing inspection with 70 employees. The main activities are the customer and process- oriented production of synthetic components for the automotive industry.

In the function of a Product Development manager I act as a connection between internal and external production partners as well as a technical counterpart for all international customers. Technical constructions as well as economical and strategic decissions form the basis for detailed discussions and clarifications with the client.

The area of responsibility covers the definition of the grinding position of the article, selection of the most appropriate and feasible grinding machine, definition of the requiered grinding tools and estimation of the material costs. Furthermore I am responsible for the construction of the different toolings and the internal procurement. The support in case of technical issues and optimisations are also work fields of this function.
