- Reporting and analysis of the results for the following Lacoste subsidiaries : Germany, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary - Elaboration of Forecasts, Budgets and 3-year strategic plans by subsidiary - Integration of 5 new countries acquired by the Lacoste Group in the German scope in 2012 : Scandinavia and Eastern Europe - Financial plans for projects of new point of sales openings - Management of 2 people

Reporting of the Lacoste Group results - Consolidation and analysis of the results of the subsidiaries during the monthly and quarterly closings, the Forecasts, Budget and Mid-Term plan - Work in close collaboration with areas´ CFOs and Controllers - Elaboration of the presentations and of specific analysis to the management and the shareholders - Reconciliation on a quarterly basis of Group results between Accounting and Controlling - Calculation of group stock margin elimination

Assistant of the project manager for Hyperion Planning implementation as Controlling and Forecast tool for Lacoste subsidiaries worldwide - List and write out the evolution wishes of users - Work on developments of Hyperion, Essbase and Planning with the project team (webforms, financial reports, business rules, management of users´rights) - Acceptance tests of evolutions and training of users - Validate, document and realise evolutions in SAP CO - Support the subsidiaries controllers
