Regulatory program aligning business processes, compliance control functions and related applications to conform to FATCA regulations • Responsible for EU (10 countries) monitoring progress, tracking risks, issues and their mitigation and managing escalations as required • Reporting the EU status to senior management on a regular basis • Coordinating local legal, tax and compliance teams to ensure general regulations are adapted to local country requirements
