As a District Manager with ADP, my role as a ‘hunter’ is to generate new business opportunities for our full line of workforce management solutions. I typically work with organizations that have between 50-350 employees. Opportunities are created through consistent and focused activity that includes phone prospecting, marketing campaigns, internal and external ADP partnerships as well as referrals from current clients. My first year on quota as an ADP District Manager I was able to achieve President’s Club.
