Led all internal IT across Berlin, New York and remote teams, scaling operations as the company grew from 125 to 1,700 employees. Built the internal IT team from 1 person to 13. Owned a seven-figure SaaS budget and vendor relationships (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian). Ran secure multi-site infrastructure: 1,200+ devices, MDM for 1,000+ Apple devices. Partnered with InfoSec and Legal on GDPR-compliant rollouts; coordinated phishing campaigns and external pentests.

Supported students and staff across Mac and Windows platforms. Introduced DeployStudio, Bash and modular imaging techniques to increase management efficiency and enable rapid re-imaging of 300 Macs. Modernised the Mac server infrastructure with a greater emphasis on open-source technologies running on Debian Linux in VMware virtual machines.

Assisted students and staff with computing on Mac and Windows platforms. Early work on imaging and support processes that were later expanded in my senior role, including the modernisation of the Mac server infrastructure.

Migrated a legacy business application to (at the time) modern VMware ESX infrastructure.

Assisted in the rollout of Exchange 2010, BlackBerry Enterprise and Citrix Remote Desktop. Provided 1st and 2nd level support at multiple sites in the UK.

Summer placements in 2006 and 2008. Provided 1st and 2nd level support for employees across the group.
