Applying innovative as well as established analytical tools to architect and articulate the UK Retail Risk and Chief Operating Office 3-5 year corporate strategies. Develop business cases to support strategic and tactical initiatives that will meet short and long term business objectives. Challenge the status quo by being a sound board for vital decisions as well as by conducting a full strategic review of the division and its functional units

Developed a social media risk strategy that focused on the prevention and identification of social engineering and social technology threats that can expose the bank to financial and reputational losses.

Responsible for the formation and execution of the RBC Innovation Strategy and its various components.
