• Management of an executive team within the real estate collateral valuation department (CRO division, risk management). • Team tasks: statistical real estate valuation models (AVM), updating & monitoring of the real estate portfolio, regulatory affairs & audits, ESG & climate risk, real estate market research & market rating, technical responsibility of IT systems & tools, quality assurance of appraisals, evaluation methodology, business & strategic projects, management cockpits, order & cost controlling

• Technical project management of overall credit risk stress tests • Methodological development and IT implementation of statistical PD stress test models for regulatory credit risk measurement and the multi-year planning process

• Responsibility for the statistical market value updating, forecasting and monitoring of the real estate collateral portfolio (LGD project), quantitative real estate market research • Project manager: Functional development and implementation of a new IT system for market value updating within the bank systems • Automatic Valuation Models (AVM), Stresstests

Company valuations for investment decisions, benchmark analyses of balance sheets

• Management of a 3-year research project (financed by the German Research Association) • Teaching: various exercises for lectures, supervision of seminars and diploma theses
