Led the transformation from a project-based to a product-based delivery and support model, replacing fragmented software branches with a unified codebase. Authored the strategy paper guiding this transition and standardized SOW templates. Full leadership of a multi-site international organization of project leads and managers. Established a KPI framework and executive-level reporting across a large project portfolio. Drove process improvements confirmed via ISO 9001 and ASPICE audits.

Owned product management for Intel's ADAS/AD and Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) compute platforms across EMEA, covering automation levels L0-L5. Defined business case, go-to-market and product strategy for an open SDV platform integrating infotainment, ADAS, safety, security and gateway functions. Supported key-account engagement with premium OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, directed RFI/RFQ activities and contract negotiations, and presented in senior management reviews.

Represented Intel as overall lead in a strategic ADAS/AD development cooperation with a premium OEM and a technology supplier, coordinating up to 200 stakeholders across multiple Intel business groups. Directed architecture teams and multiple industrialization projects from concept through production launch. Scaled the cooperation to additional Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. Served as primary customer interface and presented in management meetings and steering committees.

Led the multimedia and connectivity software development team for an embedded in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system for a premium automotive OEM. Architected middleware enabling seamless integration of multimedia and connectivity functions; optimized graphics drivers for smooth Apple CarPlay integration. Built and managed external development teams; negotiated with suppliers and open-source communities to secure production-grade support. Grew sub-team leads and a successor.

Led overall project management for a cross-brand infotainment system (1-DIN housing) with a team of 90–120 project employees. Directed bidding, requirements analysis and project initiation, chairing "Team-1" across software, hardware, mechanics, production, quality, sales and test. Owned the master plan for HW/SW/mechanics; managed budget, qualification/certification and TS16949/SPICE audits. Main customer contact, reporting to business unit management and the executive board.

Led software development teams of up to 15 employees, including global members across the US and Asia, building cross-platform middleware for mobile device integration across QNX, Windows and Windows CE. Owned requirements management and problem resolution processes. Led technical delivery for a premium OEM's Bluetooth hands-free development, directing 20+ engineers across three parallel projects. Contributed to company-wide Automotive SPICE process definition.

Developed embedded software for voice-control systems in the automotive domain. Contributed to early-stage product development within the software engineering team.

Developed machine control software for concrete mixing plants. Gained foundational experience in software development early in career.

Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Software Engineering and Information Technology. Master thesis: "Practical determination of the system complexity of an automotive, embedded real-time system, in a multi-project environment based on requirements."

Dipl.-Ing. (FH), Industrial Electronics, specialization in Electrical Engineering. Diploma thesis completed at the Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research (ZSW), Ulm: "Fuzzy model of a solar battery – interpretation of state-of-charge data with fuzzy clustering."
