- Recruitment of personnel - Follow-up of the production, mainly stamping and threading for clamps Monthly Financial Report to the Mother company - Follow-up of direct orders from the Mother company to Chinese suppliers Identify and select new suppliers

- Monthly Financial and Quarterly Consolidation report to Head Quarters Follow-up of imported raw material (rubber) and products - Implementation of the group’s internal rules - Follow-up and upgrade implementation of the report computer system
