- Responsible for the monthly, yearly financial closing of the Sales division and P&L commenting. - Monthly presentations of sales and distribution performance to the sales board - Yearly preparation of the cost budget for the Sales division in coordination with 50 sales entities - Elaborated sales KPI and benchmark with Lufthansa - Supported the Integration of the LX sales force within the LH Group

- Business Analysis on the key performance drivers of the company such as turnover, yield development, and market/regional sales performance - Timely and consistent production of business unit performance, revenue planning, budgeting and forecasting as well as appraisal of business performance against budget - Identification of action areas and preparation of recommendations based on passengers, revenue, yield and profitability analysis
