I’m recruiting for multiple areas such as Customer Service, Sales within DACH region, Human Resources, Warehousing. My tasks & responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Drive the creation of clear and appealing job descriptions in order to source the best candidates; - Create candidate persona specific for Customer Service department to attract right candidates

Responsible for complete recruitment process of national vacancies: taking interviews, rewriting vacancies, setting up campaigns, targeting right audience, operating as sparring partner for managers, direct searching via LinkedIn, doing offers Coordinating Campus recruitment: hosting events, recruiting interns, cooperating with key schools Creating up to date Campus Recruitment Toolkit and Manual Training of managers HQ about new recruitment process (started from scratch)

Followed Minor Horizons in Hospitality (Marketing and HR related) and Minor Creating Customer Delight (Consultancy related) Completed thesis about "what creates hospitality" by doing a literature research.
