- Industrial maintenance tasks of electricity, robotics and automation (Preventive, corrective and predictive). - Work together with Process Engineering to make improvements in cycle times. It was possible to go from a capacity of 16 VH (Vehicles per hour) to 23 VH. - Maintenance and programming of ABB, FANUC, Universal Robots and Siemens PLC. - Detection of faults and generation of work orders. - Programming, maintenance and repair of AGV ASTII. - Generation of technical reports.

- Commissioning of automatic cells, either by transfer or installation of new devices with robots (ABB, FANUC, KUKA, KAWASAKI). - Carrying out improvements, correction or repair of work routines, always looking for the shortest possible cycle time. Tasks always carried out under the standards (VASS, GM, PSA, FORD, etc). - Works carried out with service trajectories, handling, welding (Mig, Tucker, Laser and Spot), roller hemming and gluing. - Works done in: PSA, Volkswagen, Ford, Gestamp and General Motors.

- Control, review, standardization and improvements in Allen Bradley PLC programs (500 and 5000). - Assistance to the industrial maintenance sector and Engineering. - Implementation of security systems in the press line (Doors and scanners, previously we worked without them). - Search for continuous improvements. I have achieved a 10% reduction in total cycle time (15 seconds) in the “Berceau” part production cell.

•Continuous production line maintenance, carrying out predictive, preventive and corrective work. • Search for continuous improvements and resolution of failures. • Programming, repair and improvement of trajectories with ABB, KUKA and KAWASAKI robots. • Control and modification of spot-welding parameters through software. • Creation, improvements, standardization and fault detection in Allen Bradley PLC routines.
