As CTO, I drive the company’s technology strategy and remain hands-on in development. I lead team building, budgeting, and infrastructure scaling while ensuring application, data, and security standards meet business goals. I adopt emerging technologies like AI and ML to foster innovation and efficiency, and communicate our tech vision clearly across teams, stakeholders, and clients.

At WPS Management GmbH, I led the frontend team and oversaw onboarding and recruitment. I developed new features using vue.js and typescript to replace existing solutions in the internal eProcurement system, wrote automated tests with Cypress and Jest to ensure code quality, and handled data processing using a Node.js intermediary layer. Additionally, I developed a REST API to improve backend communication.

At Neumann & Müller GmbH & Co. KG, I was responsible for training colleagues in Vue.js and contributed significantly to the development of a modular streaming platform. This platform included user management, registration and login processes, stream control, and chat functionalities. Moreover, I developed Single Page Applications (SPAs) for various event presentations.

While working at Deutscher Tele Markt GmbH, I developed advertising websites for well-known clients both regionally and nationally, utilizing Typo3. In addition, I created internal extensions for Typo3 and served as a mentor for trainees and interns.
