Being part of Risks&Collection stream, I work closely with Data Analysts and ML team to understand their data demands and help extract useful features from DWH. My responsibilities also include preparing wide data marts and complex datasets (Hive, Impala) for ML models and analysis goals, reports automation, ETL and data pipelines design (pyspark, airflow, python), implementation and support data model changes, performing code review and SQL performance tuning.

At current position I still combine BDM and technical role, but now I am focused mostly on next tasks: - operating a team of data management specialists; - solution design and data governance; - management a data system implementation process; - hiring and mentoring new data management specialists for company; - actively develop company business in the Far East and Siberia regions; - achieving quarterly and annual sales quota by opening, qualifying and closing sales opportunities.

System implementation and integration including set of services: - customer business processes analysis/development/improvement as stage of implementation - geological DB and DWH design and maintenance Microsoft SQL Server - software integration with current systems, data migration - preparing functional design specification documents - interacting with IT developers and functional customers as a business consultant - consulting and teaching users and administrators - preparing instructions, IT support

Automation of analytical reports creations and complex calculations for various bureaus of Accounting and reporting management department (Excel macro, VBA and other tools) ACHIEVEMENT: developing Excel Add-In tool for automation of a number of tasks in department (over 70 macro procedures and thousands rows of code on VBA) that finally reduced department expenses (hundreds of labour-hours were optimized)
