I build test infrastructure for the brand new Teams 2 messenger that was introduced together with Windows 11. The main goal is a vast performance enhancement over the old Teams, so my work aims for automating search for regressions and possible improvements in the new client. This work involves not only creating a full perf testing cycle, devops, memory and telemetry analysis, but also building perf testing standards over feature teams and promoting it among higher company management.

- Creating a performance and regression test strategy for components of company's flagship product, Veeam Backup and Replication - Building performance test suites and automated deployment tools - Analyzing the performance of the product, code and DB profiling, hardware and system investigation

- Building a complete test process from scratch, embedding CI processes with automated + performance tests - Comprehensive testing during the whole products' lifecycle, as well as testing legacy solutions and analyzing current issues

- Full Performance testing lifecycle with executing of management functions. - Requirements analysis, planning test strategy and writing test plans, discussing all processes directly with customer. - Tasks management (small team). - Developing test scripts, data pools creation, executing testing, analysis, giving recommendations. - Training engineers (LR scripting, analyzing results)

- Analyzing product functionality, technologies that are used in it, product architecture. - Creating performance test strategy, choosing testing tools depending on the strategy. - Creating performance test requirements together with developers, QA, system architects - Developing solutions for performance testing - Running tests, gathering statistics, logs, other helpful info. - Creating reports, analyzing results, giving recommendations for performance improvements.
