In the last few years not only technology has developed but also people's needs. Live streaming is one of those needs. My team and I faced this challenge and are now mastering it with fun and efficiency.

As part of the management for software development projects, my area of responsibility was monitoring, optimization and communication as well as finding solutions to problems that arise. The time at Capgemini gave me new perspectives and offered many new experiences, both human and technical. Many thanks.

Through understanding and an untamed urge for knowledge and optimization, I quickly realized that I had to develop myself further. Thanks to the support of this project, despite my age and trust, the opportunity arose for me to immerse myself in active management. We developed, optimized and implemented solutions which often demanded everything from the team. But the success proved us right and so I am very grateful for all the great experiences I was able to collect during this time.

At the beginning of my trip to IKEA, my area of responsibility was rather small. I thank all people who stood by my side with advice and action and helped to quench my thirst for knowledge. The creation of analyzes, the implementation of planning meetings and the accumulated knowledge of my previous generation helped me to grow and inspired me to take further steps. Thanks to you all.

My time at high school was very informative. She gave me information about the construct of submissive forced learning of ways of people who think they are entitled to yell at you. Unfortunately I never achieved a university degree after my 10 years of compulsion.
