I supported the team by utilizing project management tools and techniques to deliver successful outcomes, while also providing business development support such as developing key messages and presentations for PwC leaders.

I developed reports and recommended actions for European and German markets and partner companies, evaluated different processes, and communicated results to respective vendor managers. I also collected and evaluated competitor delivery performance data to report relevant findings and suggest possible fields of action.
