I was responsible for the roll out of an world wide project (Project 2014) and also for the implementation of an quality management project. • Roll out of Work Organization and “Q-Landkarte” in the Assembly plant • Training of new Process Supporter (on line, VPS-training) • Development of working documents (e.g. production capability checklist) • Support the logistic department by the preparation for the roll out of the Work Organization

My main task was chief bartender but also train new employees, quality checks, organization of events.

I organized the event logistics at Vaude MountainBIKE Trans Schwarzwald and was responsible for the social media advertising.
