Aiesec offered me the great opportunity to gather professional experiences in an architecture office in Porto Alegre (Brazil). During my internship at Hype Studio I am responsible to prepare the organisation for the international market. Among others, my tasks consist of: - Analysing the organisation’s current and ideal state, regarding market position - Analyse the market place, international competitors as well as competitive advantages - Creating and implementation of the internationalisation strategy

My main objective was to work with Kyle and to help him advise small start-up businesses lead by individuals with disabilities. Most of my time, I engaged to come up with new business ideas for Adam's apple creations. Therefore, I assisted with refining the financial plan and with developing new marketing strategies to generate new sales. During my apprenticeship, I gathered experiences in various fields. I worked in different departments such as Accounting, Service, Construction financing, Investment advice, and the Loan department.
