I am a food engineer with a specialization in the areas of food safety and hygienic requirements of plants and machines within the food industry. My practical training and several years of work as a wine technologist usefully complete my skills. Currently, I am gaining further important experience in the field of planning, design, construction and commissioning of industrial plants for the purpose of processing insects into high-quality products.
