SCOPE OF JOB & KEY CHALLENGES: - Managed & maintained annual US$1.8mlns annual (run and maintained) budget & procurements. - Lead 10 people team along with managed 5 majors (Run & Support) vendors around the countries. - Lead and managed Retail IT Helpdesk team. - Ensure end-to-end applications support & contingency requirements including DRP within infrastructure sourcing program. - Maintain appropriate relationships with key business stakeholders whilst still being able to constructively challenge.

- Focal Point for all databases, software and hardware requirements for Retail Sales & Marketing Function. - Focal point for development & administration of website www.shell.com.pk - Worked with clients/users to investigate operational requirements and problems, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in information systems, data management, or processes/procedures using appropriate techniques, tools and methods.

- Business Requirements Definition - requirements development, documentation and management of both functional and non-functional requirements. Specifically, the Business Analyst elicits, analyzes, validates and documents business, organizational and/or operational requirements. - Maintained databases in accordance with database and system security policies. Establish, maintain and perform database backup and recovery procedure. - Provided first level of end user technical software and hardware.

- Systems support/maintenance and first level customer support of client application, by telephone, in person or other means, in an I.T. environment. - MS-Windows Operating System and associated MS-Office Suite, MS-Outlook, Internet and Network technologies. - Installing new software - Installing new hardware (printers, computer work stations etc) - Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords - Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection.
