Md Mahbub Hasan Bappy

Worked as a Microbiologist responsible for ensuring the microbiological quality and safety medical products manufactured by JHRML. My duties included sterility testing, and monitoring of cleanrooms and production environments to maintain aseptic standards. I performed routine testing of raw materials, and finished medical products, and supported validation of sterilization processes. I collaborated with Quality Assurance and Production teams to investigate contamination issues, ensuring GMP compliance.

International Food Business and Consumer Studies (IFBC) is a joint Master’s programme of the University of Kassel and Hochschule Fulda. It focuses on global food systems, consumer behaviour, product development, sustainability, and quality management. The programme combines scientific and practical skills to prepare students for careers in the international food industry and related organisations.

This programme provided advanced training in microbiology, including microbial physiology, immunology, food and environmental microbiology, and laboratory research methods. I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Noakhali Science and Technology University, gaining strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on research experience in modern microbiological techniques.
