Hands-on experience in fabricating thin-films (oxide semiconductors, metals, n+ doping, & gate oxides) and devices (oxide TFTs, MIM & MFM capacitors, and logic gates) in a cleanroom for over 5 years. Pattern devices using chemical photolithography, mask aligner, wet etching, and dry etching (plasma) processes. Electrical characterizations of films, TFTs, MIM & MFM capacitors, and logic gates using four-point probe, Hall Effect, precision LCR meter, semiconductor parameter analyzer, and digital oscilloscope.
