Working as a NLP and machine learning expert for information extraction and text classification.

My responsibilities were to teach the project materials (Swift and Java programming, graphics etc) and to supervise the students of 4th semester for their two projects (iOS and Android).

Worked on automatic cohort selection (medical domain) and relation validation (open domain) tasks. For the cohort selection task, extracted medical entities from the narrative medical records and further analyzed the extracted information for classifying the medical records into several cohort categories for clinical trials. On the other hand, for relation validation task, we used deep learning models in Keras for justifying a relation triplet if it is correct or wrong.

Worked on the IMM project of SystemX where my research focused on automatic Knowledge Base Population (KBP) by extracting semantic relations from raw texts.

Working on Natural Language Processing as a Hiwi (student assistant) at Text Technology Lab of Computer science and Mathematics department. Key Responsibilities: * Development of different tools for corpus preprocessing * Analysis on text readability classification and translation study * Automatic latex code generation

Worked to develop a location based incident management application for iPhone Key responsibilities: * Requirement analysis * UI design and development * Business logic implementation * Testing
