 Lead the electrical engineering team (Project Management).  Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of solar PV systems, and generators.  Create Electrical CADs and verify the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.  Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project goals align with their standards and requirements.  Ensure the safety of team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, in alignment with the program’s safeguarding goals.

 Supervise the Operation & Maintenance team.  Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of the overall electrical system including Solar PV and generators.  Schedule and supervise the maintenance of injection and blow molding machines.  Conduct power consumption and cost analysis (machine and product-wise).  Manage development projects (e.g., 5MW gas generator installation).  Developed, optimized, and reviewed electrical CAD designs and electrical circuit schematics with EPLAN & AutoCAD.
