-Executed electrical tests like Capacity, Puls, fast charging, WLTP, Wochenprofil, Cyclic, Tropentest, etc. -Addressing issues and implementing corrective actions during testing in close collaboration with the teams responsible for finding solutions -Utilized Vector CANalyzer and CAPL to support test bench automation and real-time data logging. -Analyzed test results and contributed to failure root cause analysis, enabling optimization of system performance.

• Analysis of the currently used method for determining the explosion pressure about its suitability for low explosion pressures < 100 mbar • Analysis and quantification of the influencing factors on the low explosion pressure to be determined (e.g. ambient temperature, ambient pressure, gas mixing ratio, etc.) • Investigation of the influence of thermal protection measures • Investigation of the influence of signal filters • Determination of the measurement uncertainty for a practical application

Title: "Analysis of the procedure for explosion pressure measurement in the field of "flameproof enclosures" according to IEC 60079-1" • Configuration and description of a test set-up for the measurement of explosion pressures • Development of a concept for data evaluation using Python • Conducting explosion tests on flameproof enclosures • Followed international standards IEC 60079-1

• Performing quality inspections on manufactured products and maintaining quality documentation. • Use of Poka-yoke error-proofing method to improve the process. • Conducting process audits and documentation.

The Major focus of this course is on sensors and measurement principles. In which a deep understanding of different sensors and working principles. Also Hands-on sensors laboratory experience on various sensors. It also includes signal communication from analog to digital form. This Course includes international exposure to Italy where I learned about digital communication such as 2G, 3G, LTE, 4G, 5G, and wireless communication.
