• Led the mechanical installation and commissioning of a 400 MW GE 9HA gas turbine including associated equipment, gas compressor and IPB duct, by managing a team of 40–50 personnel including 3 engineers and 3 supervisors. • Completion of project management tasks, including punch list resolution, handover process and finishing works were done within scheduled time range.

• Coordinated engineering, layout planning, proposals and international communications. • Managed turnkey industrial installations including WHR, ORC, big bag systems and conveyors. • Key projects: 4.5 MW ORC Plant (Düzce Glass Factory), 10 MW Waste Heat Recovery (Medcem Cement Factory), 14.5 MW Poultry Litter Power Plant – Direct Fire Technology (ZGC BES Energy)

• Supervised wind turbine mechanical installations (GE 2.75 MW) across Turkey. • Completed 100 MW capacity wind turbine installation in total.
