• Monthly basis analyzing over 300 equipment conditions such as pumps, compressors, fans etc. and coordinating with operation and planning teams to improve plant reliability. • Providing necessary maintenance actions to the teams to enhancing equipment availability by reduce unplanned downtime. Goal reached ~83% (from 12 to 2 per 3 years) so far. • Optimize equipment management processes and enhance overall plant efficiency by using RCM, RCA and FMECA techniques in improvement projects.

• The mechanical installation and commissioning of the 400 MW gas turbine including related equipment, the gas compressor and the IPB duct were successfully completed by leading team of 40-50 person, including 3 engineers and 3 supervisors. • Completion of project management tasks, including punch list resolution, handover process and finishing works were done within expected time range.

• Contributed engineering, layout planning, proposal preparation and international coordination. • Managed turnkey industrial installations (WHR, ORC, big bag filling systems, conveyor lines). • Specialized in energy projects such as WHR and Co-generation.

• Supervised wind turbine mechanical installations (GE 2.75 MW) across Turkey. • Completed 100 MW capacity wind turbine installation in total.
