Hyundai Assan is an advanced manufacturing plant of i10, i20 and Bayon models. I was an intern in assembly department and was responsible for assembly line spec control units such as part tracking and pick to light systems. Key responsibilities: • Spec control, part tracking, pick to light systems management • Chassis process follow up and to prepare process sheet • Analyzing and evaluating reports • Root cause analysis, countermeasure and continually improve process of quality issues

Weger Automotive is a supplier machining factory engaged in sub-industry and OEM parts manufacturing. I was working in product development and quality control departments as a university intern. Key responsibilities: • Designing and modifying OEM parts using 3D cad software • Assisting in creating prototypes and conducting feasibility studies • Performing dimensional inspections with CMM to ensure quality • Monitoring CNC machines and resolving production issues
